Cancellation and Refund

At Eduzere Technologies, we strive to ensure our clients and learners have a seamless experience with our consultancy and training services. However, we understand that there may be instances where cancellations or refunds are required. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.


1. Consultancy Services

Cancellation by the Client

  • Clients must provide a written request for cancellation at least 5 business days before the scheduled consultancy session.
  • Cancellations made within the stipulated time will qualify for a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
  • For cancellations made less than 5 business days before the session, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

Cancellation by Eduzere Technologies

  • If Eduzere Technologies cancels a consultancy session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will have the option to:
    1. Reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time, OR
    2. Receive a full refund.

2. Training Services

Cancellation by the Learner

  • For Live Sessions (e.g., online or in-person):
    • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date of the training will receive a 100% refund, minus transaction fees.
    • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the start date will qualify for a 50% refund.
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 2 days or less before the start date.
  • For Pre-Recorded or Self-Paced Courses:
    • Refund requests will be accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

Cancellation by Eduzere Technologies

  • If Eduzere Technologies cancels a training session, participants will be given the option to:
    1. Transfer enrollment to another batch or course, OR
    2. Receive a full refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to [insert official email address].
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.
  • All refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be granted for services or courses purchased under promotional offers, unless explicitly mentioned in the offer terms.
  • Any materials or resources provided before cancellation must be returned or will be deducted from the refund amount.
