Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Eduzere, we aim for complete customer satisfaction in both our digital engineering solutions and educational training programs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and project cancellations are processed.

2. Digital Agency & Software Development Services

• Milestone Payments: Software development projects are structured in agreed milestone deliverables. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
• Project Cancellation: If a client wishes to terminate a project before completion, written notice is required. Any work performed up to the termination date will be invoiced and deducted from deposits.
• Advance Deposits: Initial booking and discovery phase deposits cover resource reservation and initial architecture work, and are non-refundable once project kickoff has commenced.

3. Technology Training & Course Fees

• Pre-Batch Cancellation: If a student requests a cancellation at least 7 days before the batch start date, a 90% refund will be granted (10% retained for administrative/gateway processing).
• After Course Start: Once live classes have commenced or digital course access and learning credentials have been issued, course enrollment fees are non-refundable.
• Batch Rescheduling: Students facing unforeseen circumstances may request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch without additional fees, subject to seat availability.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or credit/debit card) via our authorized payment gateways (Cashfree / banking partners).
