1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eduzere concerning your access to and use of the eduzere.com website as well as any related software development, design, and technology training services. By accessing our site or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Services & Project Engagements

Eduzere provides digital agency services including but not limited to web application development, mobile apps (Android/iOS), CRM systems, UI/UX design, cloud consulting, and technical training courses:

• Scope of Work: Project deliverables, milestones, timelines, and costs are agreed upon in written service proposals or statements of work.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide required assets, content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to maintain project schedules.
• Revisions: Deliverables include defined revision rounds as specified in individual contracts. Additional out-of-scope requests are billed separately.

3. Technology Training & Course Admissions

For students and corporate participants enrolling in Eduzere training programs:

• Enrollment is confirmed upon successful receipt of course fees.
• Course access, mentorship sessions, and materials are personal to the enrolled student and non-transferable.
• Students must maintain academic integrity and professional conduct during interactive sessions.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full settlement of project invoices, the client owns all custom source code, assets, and deliverables specifically created for their project. Eduzere retains ownership over proprietary baseline frameworks, re-usable component libraries, course curriculum, and educational materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eduzere, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
